As a workaround, the approach that worked is:

1. Go to AWS Marketplace Subscriptions
2. Find your TrendAI Vision One™ subscription.
3. Click the Agreement ID
4. Click "Actions" and then click "View Terms"
5. Look for "Offer Summary" and click "Edit Agreement"
6. Look for "Pricing Details" and under "Unit Configuration", locate the "Number of Units" where you can indicate the additional credits you want to add
7. Click "Save Changes"
Your TrendAI™ Flex (credits) license updates to include the additional credits.
