If a file or an email is quarantined in Trend Micro Cloud App Security, it can be restored by following these steps:
- Log in to the Trend Micro Cloud App Security console.
- Click on the Operations > Quarantine tab.

If you have multiple tenants set up in Cloud App Security, you can click on the organization to select the tenant you want to manage. You can also select the time to filter the day it was quarantined.

- Tick the checkbox next to the quarantined emails or files to release it, then click the Restore button.
Once restored, it should show up in the recipient's mailbox.
