Summary

An issue has been found with Deep Security Agent(DSA) version 20.0.0-2395 for Windows where the Security Update Status shows Out-of-Date. This issue is due to the Deep Security Agent reporting a new component which is not recognized by the Deep Security Manager/Cloud One - Workload Security resulting to the "Out-of-Date status.

Trend Micro has removed the Deep Security Agent version 20.0.0-2395 for Windows from the Trend Micro Software Download Center.

Details

2021/05/24: Deep Security Agent version 20.0.0-2395 for Windows was released to both the Trend Micro Software Download Center and Cloud One Workload Security
2021/05/28: Deep Security Agent version 20.0.0-2395 for Windows was removed from the Trend Micro Software Download Center.

If you have deployed Deep Security Agent version 20.0.0-2395, they will continue to work.

If you are using Cloud One - Workload Security, the Deep Security Agent will continue to work and you will receive a matching module plug-in not found message similar to the screenshot below.

UPDATE

Deep Security Agent version 20.0.0-2419 has been released to fix this issue.
Please upgrade to the agent version 20.0.0-2419 (20 LTS Update 2021-06-02) or above to fix this issue.
