Summary
On July 11, 2022, the legacy login ("Account & Username" tab) for Trend Micro Cloud One will be discontinued.
Customers must upgrade their login credentials and account before then to retain access to their accounts. When logging into Cloud One, all users will now see a warning banner reminding them to upgrade.
As of April 4, 2022, full-access users will be required to upgrade their sign-in credentials before proceeding further with Cloud One.
Upgrading your account does not impact any existing deployment or configuration in the account, including existing API integrations and asset protection.
See Upgrade a legacy account to use the new sign in system in the Cloud One documentation for details on the upgrade process.
Role-based access control
For customers using role-based access control, the upgrade process must be started by a full-access user. This user can then invite all other users to upgrade their credentials.
SAML Single Sign-On
There is no change to how SAML users log in. However, even if you use SAML exclusively, you must still have a local user upgrade the Cloud One account before July 11, 2022.
