Cloud One - Endpoint and Workload SecurityAll
An issue has been found with DSA version 20.0.0-5953 with Activity Monitoring enabled. The agent may encounter an issue with the metric collection during heartbeat, where the heartbeat service gets stuck and unable to function. As a result, agents will appear offline in the Trend Micro Cloud One - Endpoint & Workload Security console. This issue can be mitigated by restarting the ds_agent service.
Trend Micro has removed the DSA version 20.0.0-5953 for Linux from the Trend Micro Cloud One - Endpoint & Workload Security console under Download Center.
