To mitigate this issue, it is required to disable Service Gateway - Generic Cache Service from Vision One. After a while, communications between Deep Security Agent and Cloud One - Endpoint and Workload Security or Deep Security Manager are supposed to go back to normal.
The issue will be addressed and resolved by a later version of Deep Security Agent. If customers are going to integrate with Service Gateway - Generic Cache Service, it is strongly recommended to upgrade Deep Security Agent to a version which is newer than 20.0.1.4540 (20 LTS Update 2024-03-20) before integration.
