After installing or Upgrading to Apex One (Mac), the TMSMMainService.exe cannot be found on Services.msc.
The following can be seen in the TMSM_install.log file:

It is possible that this issue happened because an error was encountered during the installation of TMSMMainService.exe.
To fix the issue, perform the following steps:
- Open Command Prompt as administrator.
- Type the following command:
C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v0.30319\InstallUtil.exe /LogToConsole=true "C:\Program Files (x86)\Trend Micro\OfficeScan\Addon\TMSM\TMSMMainService.exe”Change the location of TMSMMainService.exe depending on the original location. - Verify that the TMSMMainService.exe will be added on the Services.msc.
- If the issue still persist, take a screenshot of the result on the Command Prompt, and get additional assistance from Trend Micro Technical Support.
