Impact on Service

There will be four (4) hours downtime during the maintenance period. Worry-Free Business Security Services (WFBS-SVC) management console will not be accessible during this time.

Impact on Security Agent

The Security Agent will be upgraded to version 6.7 and hot fixes will be deployed during the maintenance period. The Security Agent will unload and reload during the upgrade.

Agent upgrade and hot fix deployment can be controlled under Configure Policy > Agent Configurations > Privileges and Other Settings > Other Settings.

Dashboard Enhancements

Worry-Free Services has further enhanced the Detections by Infection Channel widget to include an overview of all threat detections based on the infection channel. The dashboard can also provide email threat detection data from Cloud App Security.

URL Filtering for Mac

In addition to URL Filtering for Windows, Worry-Free Services now provides the same feature in Mac policy settings. Administrators can constantly enforce URL Filtering policies independent of where the user connects, thereby eliminating reliance on a web gateway or proxy infrastructure and significantly improving web security and compliance.

Endpoint Detection and Response Enhancements

Worry-Free Services has further enhanced the Endpoint Detection & Response (EDR) add-on to include cross-layer and data correlation features, such as Noteworthy Events and Suspicious Object Lists, to help you discover and respond to targeted attacks more effectively.

Virtual Analyzer

Worry-Free Services has significantly enhanced the automation within EDR by providing Sample Submission and Virtual Analyzer/sandbox capabilities. With Sample Submission enabled, Security Agents automatically submit file objects that may contain previously unidentified threats to a Virtual Analyzer for further analysis.
