After recovering from an SQL database issue you are not able to log on to the SLIM web interface. The following message appears:
Unable to log on. There is an error (-1). Report this error to Trend Micro Technical Support for assistance.
To resolve this issue, update SLIM to version 126.96.36.19948 or above.
If the problem persists, follow the KB article on collecting debug logs and contact Trend Micro Support. If possible, also obtain a copy of the database using SSMS.
