Unable to proceed with the installation on iOS 13 in Worry-Free Business Security Services (WFBS-SVC)

Summary

When installing the Worry-Free Business Security Agent on iOS Devices, a zip file is downloaded instead of a prompt for an authentication code.

This issue happens because the Request Desktop Site is enabled.

Perform one of the methods below to resolve the issue:

  1. Launch Safari on your iPhone or iPad.
  2. Click the link from the received email.

  3. Once the mobile site loads up, tap on the ‘aA’ button on the left side of the URL address bar.

  4. Tap on Request Mobile Website.

  5. Once done, go back to the email and click the installation link again.

To disable completely the "Request Desktop Website", follow the steps below:

  1. Launch Safari on your iPhone or iPad.
  2. Open up the link from the received email.
  3. Once the mobile site loads up, tap on the ‘aA’ button on the left side of the URL address bar.
  4. Tap on Website Settings.
  5. Toggle OFF the Request Desktop Website option to view the mobile version of the website.

  6. Once done, go back to the email and click the installation link again.
If after following the steps above, you have encountered "Incompatible System" message:

Make sure to re-access the link from the email received instead of reloading the previous page. Re-accessing the link after requesting mobile website will redirect you to a page asking for authentication code, instead of reloading the security agent installation page for desktop/MacOS device.
