Administrators may find some items in web console are not displayed correctly after applying new patch/hotfix on Apex Central, or after a scheduled maintenance of Apex One as a Service.
One of the reasons could be browser cache issue. In Apex Central patch/hotfix, or Apex One as a Service schedule maintenance, there could be some enhancements implemented.
For example, in Apex One as a Service March 2020 schedule maintenance there was a new UI preview added.
In case customer did not clear browser cache, new UI items may not display correctly.
If there is any web console issue encountered, it is advised to either clear the browser cache, or use incognito mode to check if the web console display issue still exists.
