Note: This is a temporary issue due to the rollback, this will be resolved after the ATSE 12.5 has been released via iAU. Nonetheless, the Deep Security Agent is not affected whichever ATSE version it is using.
Possible Scenarios for this warning message.1. Customer will see Out-of-Date under the Deep Security Relay(DSR) Update Page
a. If DSR has downloaded the ATSE 12.000.1008 and it was reported to DSM, the DSM will have the Advanced Threat Scan Agent of 12.000.1008 record.
b. The DSA has rollback to ATSE 11.000.1006 version, the Out-of-Date Status will show since DSM has record of ATSE 12.
2. Customer will see Out-of-Date status when the Engine Update is set to Yes.
a. The DSR has rollback to ATSE 11.000.1006 successfully
b. If the Engine Update is set to Yes, the customer will see Security Update Out-of Date status even if the security update is up-to-date.
c. To verify this setting, go to the Computer or Policy Level and go under Settings > General > Engine Update:
If the Engine Update is set to No which is the default, the customer will see the Security Update Status as up-to-date.
