URL Suspicious Object (SO) Sync is unavailable in Apex One

URL SO is not supported for Off-premise agents connecting to Edge Relay server if there’s no Integrated SPS (iSPS) installed on the server.

The off-premise mode Apex One agent will always try to sync the URL SO from the Apex One server via the Edge Relay. Whether the Apex One setup is using SSPS or iSPS, the off-premise agent (connecting via edge), will still look for Apex One server first. If there is no integrated SPS on the Apex One server:

  • URL SO will not work for Off-premise agents.
  • The Enable Suspicious URL List option is grayed out on the Suspicious Object List Settings page of Apex One server.

    The following setting is only available for integrated SPS:
