To resolve the issue, do the following:
- Unload the security agent.

Copy the following .dll files from "C:\Program Files (x86)\Trend Micro\Client Server Security Agent" to "C:\Program Files (x86)\Trend Micro\Client Server Security Agent\Misc":
If only some .dll files are missing only copy those that are needed from the ...\Client Server Security Agent folder to the ...\Misc folder.- TmNotify.dll
- libeay32.dll
- ssleay32.dll
- DatFHS.dll
- tmdbg20_64x.dll
- OfcPIPC_64x.dll
- Reload the agent.
