To resolve the issue, do the following:

  1. Unload the security agent.
  2. Copy the following .dll files from "C:\Program Files (x86)\Trend Micro\Client Server Security Agent" to "C:\Program Files (x86)\Trend Micro\Client Server Security Agent\Misc":

     
    If only some .dll files are missing only copy those that are needed from the ...\Client Server Security Agent folder to the ...\Misc folder.
     
    • TmNotify.dll
    • libeay32.dll
    • ssleay32.dll
    • DatFHS.dll
    • tmdbg20_64x.dll
    • OfcPIPC_64x.dll
  3. Reload the agent.
