Trend Micro Apex One™ has received reports on the following issue after applying Critical Patch Build 8400:

  • Unable to update Web Reputation Service settings and Spyware/Grayware approved list.
    This does not affect the deployment of existing settings, but customer would encounter an error message when updating the settings.

 

Recommendation

Users who have installed Critical Patch Build 8400 should apply this new build to resolve the issue listed above.
