This article shows you the steps on how to disable the nofication window that appears when accessing websites blocked by WFBS.

To disable the notification window:

  1. Go to Start > Run.
  2. Type "services.msc" in the field and click OK.
  3. Right-click Trend Micro Security Server Master Service, and select Stop.
  4. Go to the ..\Trend Micro\Security Server\PCCSRV\ directory.
  5. Look for Ofcscan.ini, and create a backup of the file.
  6. Open Ofcscan.ini using a text editor.
  7. Go to the [Global Setting] section, and search for ShowBalloonWhenBlockHTTP2.
  8. Change the value of ShowBalloonWhenBlockHTTP2 to 0, to disable it.
  9. Save the changes, and restart the Trend Micro Security Server Master Service.
