To Enable Trend Micro XDR Remote Support, perform the following steps:

  1. Login to your Trend Micro XDR Portal.

  2. On the side menu, go to Administration and select Remote Support.

  3. Click the toggle for Trend Micro remote support to switch it on.

  4. Once troubleshooting or log collection is completed, switch off the Trend Micro remote support.
