This article shows you how you can allow Trend Micro Support Engineers to access your Trend Micro Vision One Console for troubleshooting and debug log collection by enabling Trend Micro Vision One Remote Support.
To Enable Trend Micro Vision One Remote Support, perform the following steps:
- Login to your Trend Micro Vision One Portal.
- On the side menu, go to Administration and select Remote Support.
- Click the toggle for Trend Micro remote support to switch it on.
- Once troubleshooting or log collection is completed, switch off the Trend Micro remote support.
