It would guide the customer on how to retrieve the server GUID for further query.

It will ask the customer to input the server GUID to query the SPN data. If the customer has not enabled SPN feedback, it will only display general tips:

If GUID belongs to this customer and the SPN data matched, it will prompt matched entries for customer to follow up. Customers may also create a case to contact Trend Micro Technical Support for further assistance. Here’s an example:
