There is no expected service downtime during the maintenance period.

Impact on Security Agent:

The Security Agent will be upgraded to version 6.7.1466/14.2.1236 and hot fixes will be deployed during the maintenance period.

The Security Agent will unload and reload during the upgrade. Agent upgrade and hot fix deployment can be controlled under Configure Policy > Agent Configurations > Privileges and Other Settings > Other Settings.

Worry-Free Services now supports Chromebooks through a Chrome browser extension. The Chrome extension provides Web Reputation and URL Filtering derived from Windows policy settings.

When user is browsing in incognito mode, Trend Micro blocking page will not be displayed when a Web Reputation or URL Filtering detection occurs. However, the website that the user attempted to visit would still blocked and detection log would still be recorded.
