Trend Micro has received reports of Single-Sign-On (SSO) failure from Customer Licensing Portal (CLP) to Apex One™ as a Service.

Details

This is due to an unexpected backend changes causing case sensitive validation of the user account when logging in from CLP to Apex One™ as a Service.

As a workaround, customer will need to log in to CLP using case sensitive account as shown on their CLP console.
