Whenever an upgrade is performed in the Apex One (Mac) server, a new agent is pushed out as well. This article shows the steps on how to manage the agents on receiving the upgrade.
To control the agent upgrade, perform the following steps:
- Log in to the Apex One (Mac) console under the Plug-ins tab of Apex One or OfficeScan.
Go to Settings > Update Settings.
Tick on Agents can update components but not upgrade the agent program or install hot fixes.
- Click on Save and the setting will be pushed to the agents accordingly.
