Resolving Deep Security Agent upgrade failure caused by missing Azure plugin.

Deep Security has decided to remove Azure plugin in the future update of Deep Security Agent 20 LTS.

The Azure plugin which is used for Azure Marketplace extension has been deprecated for years. With this, Deep Security decided to completely remove the DSP from agent archive in the future update of Deep Security Agent 20 LTS.

If you are encountering any agent upgrade failure that is caused by Azure plugin as below, please refer to the following procedure to accomplish agent upgrade.



The steps to prevent the failure:

1. De-activate the agent facing the failure from Deep Security Manager
2. Re-install Deep Security Agent
3. Activate the agent
