Trend Micro has received reports on an issue encountered when migrating OfficeScan XG agents to Apex One as a Service. Migrated security agents may experience an upgrade loop, repeatedly showing upgrade notification.
Trend Micro will deploy fix on all provisions on January 2021 maintenance.
