To add an internal recipient address so that all emails sent to this recipient address is blocked before it reaches TMEMS, a service request must be created with Trend Micro Technical Support.

In effect, all emails sent to the requested blocked recipient email address will appear in the logs as follows: Logs > Mail tracking > Type: Blocked traffic > Block Reason: Recipient blocked.
