Beginning on March 31, 2021, customers with the account type Deep Security as a Service Subscription will no longer be able to pay for the service through Trend Micro's billing partner - Cleverbridge. To avoid any potential interruption in service, customers are asked to transition to a support billing option for the service before March 31st. After this date, accounts that have not been transitioned to a support payment option will be converted in a Freemium account - which has a limit of only 5 concurrent protected systems.
