This article will guide you on how to check if the TMCM server is using a custom port in the SQL Server instead of the default port 1433.
Option 1: From Registry of TMCM Server
- Log on to the TMCM server and open the registry.
- In the registry, go to HKLM\Software\Wow6432Node\TrendMicro\TVCS.

Check for the following info:
- DBName
- SQLServer
In the following screenshot, the value for SQLServer 192.168.216.20 is the IP Address of the SQL DB Server and the value 8433 is the SQL Server DB custom port.
Option 2: From the SQL Server Configuration Manager of the SQL DB Server
- Log on to the SQL DB Server then go to Programs > MS SQL Server.
- Select SQL Server Configuration Manager.

At the SQL Server Configuration Manager console, go to SQL Server Network Configuration > Protocols for TMCM7 > TCP/IP. Refer to the following example:

Right-click TCP/IP > Properties then go to the IP Address of TMCM and look for TCP Port. Refer to the following example:
