When installing the Apex One server, the setup is interrupted by the PostTmPatch.exe process.
The issue occurs due to a timing issue during package extraction of the setup files that had gone missing or were not generated.

It is recommended to re-run the patch again and ensure that the Server OS does not have any pending restart action, to prevent such occurrence.
