Trend Micro Apex One™ as a Service will no longer support managing OfficeScan XG based agents. OfficeScan XG will reach official End-of-Life (EOL) on March 31, 2021.
- Trend Micro does not guarantee EOL agent functions or connectivity to Apex One as a Service.
- OfficeScan XG agents have build numbers starting with 12.x.xxxx.
- To migrate and upgrade OfficeScan XG agents, refer to Migrating On-premise OfficeScan XG SP1 or higher to Apex One as a Service.
- Note that the agent program upgrade setting should be enabled to automatically upgrade the OfficeScan XG SP1 agents to Apex as a Service.
- For OfficeScan agent installed on non-supported OS, it is advised to keep it in the existing OfficeScan server. Refer to Migrating OfficeScan agent with unsupported OS to Apex One.
