Get information on what's new in this Trend Micro Email Security (TMEMS) release. Learn about the new features, and deployment schedule and scope for April 2021.
The following new features are now available in TMEMS:
High Profile Domains
TMEMS is adding a new feature called High Profile Domains. A High Profile Domain could be a partner domain or domains of famous trusted brands. By adding this feature, the Trend Micro improved Antispam engine will be better equipped to detect cousin domains; or domains that look deceptively similar to legitimate domains often used in phishing attacks.
Renaming from "Business Email Compromise (BEC)" to "High Profile Users"
With the launch of the High Profile Domains feature, Trend Micro Email Security has renamed the Business Email Compromise (BEC) menu under Inbound Protection to High Profile Users to provide a more accurate description of the feature.
Support for Enabling/Disabling Log Retrieval
TMEMS allows you to decide whether to retrieve policy event logs and mail tracking logs via REST APIs for third-party SIEM application integration.
File Password Analysis Result Visibility in Mail Tracking Logs
TMEMS shows the password analysis result of email attachments in mail tracking logs.
Support for %HEADERS% token
TMEMS now supports the %HEADERS% token, which will be replaced with message headers in stamps and notification body.
This deployment applies to US, EMEA, ANZ, Japan sites.
