Trend Micro has received reports of users encountering "HTTP Error 503 (Service Unavailable)" when:
- Downloading the Apex One Security Agent install package
- Doing a Single-Sign-On(SSO) to the Apex One server
This issue has been determined to affect new provisions created after March 23, 2021. Trend Micro resolved these backend issues on April 21, 2021.
