Summary
After the user installed SMD and opened the SMCONF.nsf database, the Summary page shows the correct information. However, after a short period the Summary page does not show any information even if the database replication did not occur.
Details
The issue is probably due to a corrupted Program Status document. The SMCONF.nsf information that appears on the Summary page is retrieved from the Program Status document of the SMVLOG.nsf database.
To resolve the issue:
- Check if the file size of SMVLOG is greater than 100 MB. If the file size is greater than 100 MB, delete old data to decrease the file size.
- Check if there are duplicate documents in the SMVLOG.nsf database. If there are duplicates, delete the documents.
- Run the following commands:
load compact SMVLOG.nsf -D
load fixup SMVLOG.nsf - If the issue persists, create a new SMVLOG.nsf database using the SMVLOG.ntf template.
