Remove the IMSS for Linux application via installation package menu.
Below are the IMSS components:
- PostgreSQL database
- Installation logs
- Files created by the IMSS processes, like backup copies of the config files, queues, etc.
To uninstall the Central Controller, Scanners, and EUQ components separately or simultaneously:
- Log in as a superuser.
- Go to the installation package directory and execute the command "./isinst.sh".
The Main Menu shows the status of the components. - Press 2.
The uninstallation menu displays which component will be removed. By default, the uninstallation status for each component is set to [NO]. - To remove the component, press the corresponding number and then press Y to change the uninstall status to [YES].
- Press 4 to remove the components.
