WFBS Advanced has a Create spam folder and delete spam messages option that allows you to make a new spam folder for each new user that you add to the Exchange server installed with the End User Quarantine tool.

However, after creating a spam folder and checking an Outlook Express mail client, you cannot find any spam folder that was created.

The issue occurs because Outlook Express does not support Spam Folders. If you want to use the Create a Spam Folder feature of WFBS, you need to upgrade to Outlook.
