Checking the antivirus pattern using command line in InterScan Web Security Suite (IWSS)

Use this procedure to check the Pattern and Scan Engine versions when you do not have access to the WebUI.

To get the information about the pattern you are using, execute the following command:

/opt/trend/iwss/bin/bin/getupdate INFO PTN

Replace "PTN" with the following:

  • ENG = engine version
  • PHISH = Phishing pattern version
  • SPYWARE = Spyware pattern version
  • IMP2P = IntelliTunnel
  • TMUFE = TMUFE Engine
  • ITP = IntelliTrap Pattern
  • ITE = IntelliTrap Exception
