Cannot open a message encrypted by the Email Encryption add-on feature of Hosted Email Security (HES)

Summary
You completed the Private Post Registration on a different browser and then attempted to open the encrypted email on another browser. The following error message appears:
Encryption portal activation email
Details
Public
Performing part of the registration on one browser and finishing it on another will cause decryption of mails to fail.
To complete the registration:
  1. Collect the following information:
    • email address of the encrypted email’s sender
    • email address of the recipient
  2. Send the information to Trend Micro Technical Support.
