The following is a common error encountered when adding a managed domain through the HES/HES - Inbound Filtering console:
Unable to add managed domain, because it is already an HES managed domain.
The domain has already been added to the HES / HES - Inbound Filtering servers. Double-check if the domain has been registered separately under a different HES / HES - Inbound Filtering account.
Contact HES / HES - Inbound Filtering Support and provide the following information:
- HES username
- Domain Name
- HES / HES - Inbound Filtering Activation Code
