"Internet Explorer was not able to open Internet site" appears when opening the Administrator’s Guide in the Worry-Free Business Security (WFBS) 7.0 console

When you clicked on Help > Administrator’s Guide in the WFBS console, you got the following error:

Internet Explorer was not able to open Internet site. The requested site is either unavailable or cannot be found. Please try again later.

Public

This is an Internet Explorer (IE) 6.0 or 7.0 configuration issue. To resolve this, please do the following:

  1. Open your IE browser.
  2. Go to Tools > Internet Options > Advanced tab.
  3. Under Security section, uncheck the Do not save encrypted pages to disk option.
  4. Click Apply > OK.
