The HES/HES - Inbound Filtering administrator has successfully uploaded the co-branding logo. However, end users report that the co-branded logo does not appear when they log on to their Web EUQ accounts.

To access a co-branded Web EUQ site, you should append the domain name to the base URL:
  • For EMEA: https://ui.hes.trendmicro.eu/co-brand/<account or domain>
    EMEA EUQ: https://euq.hes.trendmicro.eu/euq-co-brand/<domain>
  • For all other regions: https://ui.hes.trendmicro.com/co-brand/<account or domain>
    All other regions EUQ: https://euq.hes.trendmicro.com/euq-co-brand/<domain>
For example, if the domain name is "example.com", you should type the following on the browser’s address bar:
https://euq.hes.trendmicro.eu/euq-co-brand/example.com
https://euq.hes.trendmicro.com/euq-co-brand/example.com
If you accesses a co-branded site without appending the account name or domain name, the site will still display and function properly, but without its co-branded appearance.
