Remote installation on Windows 7 fails even when the account used has local administrator privilege

When performing a remote install, the following error message appears even when the remote registry service on the Windows 7 side has been manually started:

To install on a remote computer, use an account with administrator privileges. If the target computer is running Windows XP Home or Vista Basic, remote installation cannot proceed because there is no remote registry service on these platforms.

Only the built-in administrator account can perform a remote install. If the account is disabled, use the command below to enable it:

net user administrator /active:yes

On a Windows Active Directory environment, administrators with domain administrator privilege can remotely install OfficeScan clients on Windows 7 platform.
