Various CGI processes cause high CPU load in Worry-Free Business Security (WFBS)

To resolve the issue:

  1. For OfficeScan, stop the OfficeScan Master Service.

    For WFBS, stop the Trend Micro Security Server Master Service.

  2. Remove the files in the ..\PCCSRV\temp folders and sub-folders.
  3. Change the permissions to Full Control for Everyone in the ..\PCCSRV\temp folders and sub-folders.
  4. For OfficeScan, start the OfficeScan Master Service.

    For WFBS, start the Trend Micro Security Server Master Service.

If the issue persists, contact Trend Micro Technical Support for further investigation.
