Some objects in Control Manager (TMCM) console cannot be displayed in Internet Explorer (IE) 8

When opening Control Manager (TMCM) console with IE 8, some objects does not show.

To resolve the issue, add the TMCM console to be displayed in Compatibility View:

  1. Open the TMCM console using IE 8.
  2. Press Alt + F. The Menu bar shows up.
  3. Click Tools > Compatibility View Settings.

  4. Add any of the following TMCM server information to the Websites you've added to Compatibility View list:
    • IP address
    • Hostname
    • Fully-qualified Domain Name (FQDN)
    • Domain

  5. Click Close.

If the issue persists, add the TMCM console in the Trusted Web sites list of the browser:

  1. Access the TMCM console using IE 8.
  2. Click the Tools > Internet Options.
  3. Click the Security tabTrusted Sites.
  4. Click the Sites button.

  5. Click Add.
     
    If the TMCM console can be viewed using HTTP only, uncheck Require server verification (https:) for all sites in this zone to be able to add it.
  6. Click Close.
