This article tells you how you can block a particular domain or email address from sending mail to your domain.
To block a domain or email address, do either of the following:
- Log on to the HES console.
- Go to Inbound Protection > Policy.

Click Add.

On the Basic Information tab, enter the name of the policy on the Name field.

On the Recipients and Senders tab, under the Recipients section, add your managed domain(s).

Go to the Scanning Criteria tab then select No Criteria.

Go to the Actions tab. Under the Intercept section, select Delete entire message.

Click Submit.
