If you forgot the password for uninstalling the CSA, you can change it using the WFBS console.
To change the password:
- Log on to the WFBS console.
- Go to Preferences > Global Settings > Desktop/Server.
- Under Agent Uninstallation section, select Require a password for the client user to uninstall Client/Server Security Agent.
- Type the new password for uninstalling the CSA.
- Click Save. The Security Agent should have the new password in one minute.
To force the update on the Security Agent, do one of the following:- From the client computer, open command prompt and run the following:
\\<WFBS server name>\ofcscan\autopcc.exe
- Right-click the Security Agent icon on the system tray and select Update Now.
