The error message appears when your keyword expressions have reached the 16K limit of the HES database. As a workaround, you need to create a new list of keyword expressions, and then add this new list to your content filtering.
- Log in to the HES console.

- Click the Policy tab and choose the rule where you will edit the keyword expression.

Select the portion of the email to be scanned for content. The options are:
- Subject
- Body
- Specified header
- Attachment

After selecting the options to be scanned for content, click keyword expressions on the right side of your selection.

If the keyword expression matches, click Add to move the new keyword to the “Selected” list.

Provide a List name and add the new keyword/regular expression you wish to add, and then click Save.

Locate the new List name then click Add to move it on the "Selected" list. Click Done.
