To remove the uninstallation password:

To adjust the time zone settings:

    1. Log on to the WFBS-SVC console.
    2. Hover your mouse on the Log-in User.
    3. Click My Account.

      My Account

    4. Select the preferred Timezone dropdown list.

    5. Save the new setting.
  1. Go to Preferences > Global Settings > Desktop/Server.
  2. Under Security Agent Uninstallation section, select Allow the client user to uninstall the Security Agent without a password.
  3. Click Save.
