You cannot log in to the HES console. Instead, you get the following error message:
Invalid license. Contact your support provider for assistance and mention error code: 1001-3-IE1003
To resolve the issue:
- Check if your license is still within the maintenance and grace period.
- Log in to your Customer Licensing Portal (CLP) with your log-in credentials.
- Make sure your HES license is still within maintenance. If not, contact your sales representative to renew it.
- Contact Trend Micro Technical Support for further assistance.
