This article shows you what to do when you have an existing CLP account, but you lost/forgot the username or password.
Replace lost or forgotten passwords at the Customer Licensing Portal by doing the following:
- Click the Forgot your password link.
- Enter your Account name or email address associated with the account during initial registration.
A new password will be sent to the email address.
If you do not have the account information or if the email you used is no longer active, contact Trend Micro Customer Service and provide the following information:
- Account number (if any)
- Company Name
- Customer Name
- Email address
- Phone Number
- License Certificate (if you want to change the email address in the CLP Account)
