WFBS represents the client connection status in the Security Groups Tree using icons. However, certain conditions may prevent the Security Groups Tree from displaying the correct client connection status.

Verify Connection does not allow the selection of specific groups or clients. It verifies the connection of all clients registered with the Security Server.
  1. Log on to the WFBS console.
  2. Go to Preferences > Global Settings.
  3. On the System tab, update the following as required:
    • Enable scheduled verification -This enables scheduled verification of Agent-Security Server communication. This can be:
      • Hourly
      • Daily
      • Weekly, every <specify>
      • Start time - The time the verification should start
    • Verify Now: This instantly tests the Agents-Security Server connectivity.
  4. Click Save.
