Learn how to create and register a user account before using SecureCloud.

Public
You must create and register a user account with Trend Micro before you can use SecureCloud. If you are a Managed Service Provider (MSP), you can register multiple accounts on behalf of your customers.
To register an account:
  1. Go to the SecureCloud console.
  2. Go to Click here
  3. Enter the necessary information.
    Note: The password must be 8 to 32 characters, containing at least one of each of the following:
    • Upper-case character
    • Lower-case character
    • Numeric character
    • Special character (~!@#$%^&*()_+)
  4. Click Continue. An email will be sent to you using the email address that you specified.
  5. In the email, click the link to complete the product registration process.
  6. Return to the logon page, complete the fields and then click Log On.
