To access your files using your Trend Micro SafeSync mobile application:

  1. Open the Trend Micro SafeSync application on your device.
  2. Tap Sign in to your SafeSync account.
  3. Type your email address and password into the appropriate fields, and then tap Sign In.
  4. After successfully logging in, access your files.
